Preserve the optional CRC envelope when constructing alternate-version storage fixtures, add unframed V16 migration, and assert whole-image preservation for Bitcoin-only refusal. The same defect was reproduced on the shared 7.15 fixture implementation. All five corrected cases pass against firmware 108329282 on both full and Bitcoin-only emulators. This is a test-only port of fork PR #86.
